**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing best-in-class customer service to careerzynith's clients and their customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications
* Utilizing careerzynith's CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
* Updating customer records with accurate demographic and contact information
* Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
* Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
* Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
* Troubleshooting common computer issues and operating various technical devices and systems

**Training Schedule**

**Education and Qualifications**
* High school or equivalent (required)
* 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
