Training Project Manager (Night Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Training Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual training events. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs, managing logistics, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Note: This is an overnight role - 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM Central Time
Key Responsibilities
Β Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of training projects including workshops, webinars, conferences, and instructor-led sessions.
Β Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and vendors to ensure timely content delivery and training readiness.
Β Oversee logistical arrangements for in-person events, including venue booking, travel coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support.
Β Manage virtual training events using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools, ensuring technical readiness and smooth delivery.
Β Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for training events.
Β Track and report on training metrics, feedback, and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
Β Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and align on expectations.
Β Ensure all training activities align with company objectives, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Β 3+ years of experience in project management, training coordination, or event management.
Β Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Β Experience managing both in-person and virtual training events.
Β Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Β PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
Β Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Β Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Β Experience working in a corporate learning and development or training organization.
