About the position The Training Facilitator & Engagement Manager at IDG is responsible for designing, coordinating, and facilitating professional development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. This role aims to foster a culture of continuous learning and promote a positive work environment through effective training and employee engagement strategies. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and seminars. • Implement and monitor the success of e-learning, virtual, and in-person training sessions. • Collaborate across the organization to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company goals. • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content. • Prepare/design, and facilitate Spotlight sessions. • Create and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and satisfaction. • Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and events that foster a positive company culture. • Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement. • Design and implement leadership training programs to develop management and leadership capabilities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years experience in employee training, development, and engagement roles. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Benefits • Competitive salary between $100,000 and $120,000 based on experience and location. • Discretionary bonuses and incentive pay based on performance. • Hybrid work schedule with the option to work remotely from approved locations.
