**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain our iOS chat SDK, ensuring it's stable, efficient, and easy to use
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide expert-level support to our internal teams and external partners
* Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our chat applications
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, and contribute to the growth and development of our team
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in iOS software development, with a strong focus on chat applications and community engagement
* Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and iOS development frameworks (e.g. UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation)
* Experience with chat protocols (e.g. XMPP, WebSockets, WebRTC) and messaging platforms (e.g. Firebase, PubNub)
* Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and testing principles
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions
