Develop and deliver engaging and impactful training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and create training plans to address them
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and content for training materials
Utilize a variety of training techniques and methods, including virtual and in-person sessions, to accommodate different learning styles
Create and maintain training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and job aids, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs
Communicate training updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure proper implementation
Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and technology needs
Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce training concepts and ensure successful application on the job
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate business needs and objectives into training programs
Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities and attendance.
