For more information, please visit: Purpose Hiring a Senior consultant to work remotely with some travel required. Prospective hires can be based in the United States and have access to a regional airport. Halliwell is looking to grow our Time Element and Delay Analysis (TEDA) Team! We are looking for driven, problem-solving individuals with experience in construction management, construction scheduling, delay analysis, claims evaluation, and technical report writing. Individual Responsibilities: High-level of communication skills with clients and project representatives A passion for problem-solving, including in-depth analysis of construction project documentation, schedules, and delay claim information Expert report writing on timeline and delay analysis performed A collaborative and adaptable communicator, including excellent presentation skills Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment Passion for innovation and continuous improvement Travel required for local, regional, and national business client assignments Team Responsibilities: Work with an interdisciplinary team of consultants as part of investigations Develop and maintain client relationships through projects and team-related activities within the region Receive mentoring from senior staff and provide mentorship to junior staff members Qualifications: A minimum BS degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or an applicable construction-related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and insurance claim industries Proficiency with construction scheduling software (i.e., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficiency with Xactimate (valued), RS Means Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, and project management skills Ideal candidate will have previous litigation support experience (i.e., deposition, testimony) Our Company is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
