About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated TikTok Content Creator to bring our brand to life through engaging, on-trend video content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands the fast-moving nature of the platform, and knows how to create authentic, scroll-stopping beauty content. Key Responsibilities:Concept, film, edit, and post TikTok content that aligns with the brand’s voice and aestheticWork from a content calendar that ties into the Global Marketing Calendar, while staying agile to jump on emerging trends and ad hoc opportunities • Create a mix of product-focused content (product formulas, textures, how-tos, application videos) and office/lifestyle content (behind-the-scenes moments, team highlights, brand culture) • Film primarily with an iPhone, ensuring content feels organic yet polished • Collaborate closely with marketing, social, and creative teams to align on strategy and messaging • Track performance, analyze engagement, and adjust content strategies to drive growth Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience creating and managing content specifically for TikTok (beauty industry experience highly preferred) • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, editing tools, and platform best practices • Skilled in video editing apps like CapCut and creative storytelling for short-form content • Comfortable on camera and behind the camera • Portfolio or TikTok handle showcasing relevant work required • Must be available to work in the office 3 days per week • *Bonus** • Experience as an in-house creator or brand ambassador (not a large influencer, but someone with strong creative instincts and a brand-first mindset) Please note: due to the high volume of submissions, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually.
