As a Ping Identity Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will be involved with all stages of the threat intelligence lifecycle, using threat data gathered across our tooling and security incidents. You will be responsible for helping build and develop the threat intelligence program both for internal consumption and for sharing. The intelligence that you curate will be accessible in the forms of reports, slidedecks, and programmatic accessible formats to be consumed at all levels of the business. In addition, you will develop detections and threat hunts based on threat actor behaviours, TTPs, and intelligence feeds. This role would be well suited to a Security Operations Centre analyst, or Security Engineer looking to transition into the speciality of Threat Intelligence. You will: Collect and analyse cyber threat intelligence from open-source, partners, and vendor feeds Identify and mitigate threats using SIEM, EDR, and threat hunting techniques Develop detections and hunting use cases based on threat actor behaviours and TTPs Produce high-impact intelligence reports for executives, technical teams, and business leaders Support incident response operations with intelligence analysis and recommendations Support in the development of a platform for threat intelligence creation, development, and sharing Requirements Strong understanding of the intelligence lifecycle Worked within security operations or security engineering Experience with threat intelligence sharing platforms, IoC analysis, and threat actor profiling Experienced in automation and programming You have an advantage if you have experience with: Golang and/or Tines Google SecOps GCP/AWS/Azure STIX and TAXII Life at Ping: We believe in and facilitate a flexible, collaborative work environment.
