Logging in to our chat platform to respond to texts, ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate assistance.
Undergoing training to become well-versed in our offerings and chat platform functionalities.
Contract Length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Access to a device with internet capability to use social media and chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
Availability of 10+ hours per week for chat support.
Dependable internet connection to maintain consistent communication.
Hours per Week: 10+ hours.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
