Elite Tax Pro is expanding and we’re hiring motivated, client-focused Tax Preparers for the 2025 tax season. If you want flexibility, reliable systems, and a company that helps you get clients — this is for you.
• What You’ll Do
• Prepare individual tax returns (1040)
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, or portal
• Use our premium, easy-to-learn tax software
• Build your own book of business with full support
• Work remotely from your laptop or desktop
• What Makes This Role Different

✔ Premium Tax Software
✔ Dynamic CRM System (client communication, automated updates, marketing tools)
✔ Client-Getting Support through our brand marketing team
✔ Automated Referral Program so clients help YOU grow
→ Your clients earn $100 for every person they refer to you
→ We pay that on your behalf
→ Which means you can tell clients they can get their taxes done for free by referring a few people!
Experience Preferred
Some prior tax prep experience with your own client base is preferred, but not required. Must be able to pass a background check with the IRS in order to get a PTIN (No identity theft or Financial fraud felonies or misdimeanors, )
If you’re motivated, ambitious and excited to learngrow a tax business, we’ll support you. Training provided.
Earnings
Get paid weeklyt per client. Details will be discussed in the interview .
