A well‑established specialist engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Regional Texas Lead to oversee and grow its geotechnical operations across the state. This individual will have full responsibility for regional delivery, technical leadership, and future growth, with a strong emphasis on HDD and trenchless-focused geotechnical design.

Key Responsibilities
• Regional oversight of all geotechnical projects across Texas
• Technical leadership for:
• HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling)
• Trenchless and crossing projects
• Specialized geotechnical design
• Act as senior technical authority and reviewer
• Lead client relationships and support business growth
• Mentor and develop engineers within the region
• Support regional expansion, hiring, and strategic planning

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas
• Strong background in:
• HDD and trenchless technologies
• Geotechnical design for linear infrastructure and crossings
• Experience operating at a senior / regional leadership level
• Comfortable balancing technical excellence with leadership and client-facing responsibilities
