Job Overview
arenaflex is seeking 20 experienced remote healthcare customer service representatives to join its team. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service. This is a remote position, and you must reside in TX, AZ, NV, FL, or MS. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a closed-door room that is distraction-free.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
Take 75+ calls per day, managing a high volume of customer interactions with ease and poise
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all customer service issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent, with healthcare call center experience preferred. You must be available to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week). You will need to have reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from.

Essential Qualifications

At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent
Healthcare call center experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems
Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
