We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Upper Extremities business in Sweden. This role is focused on managing and growing key customer relationships across Stockholm and Northern Sweden, while driving new business opportunities within a highly specialized orthopedic portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales professional who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships with surgeons and healthcare stakeholders.

What You Will Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and key stakeholders

Provide expert product and procedural support in the operating theatre

Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market share

Create and execute a clear, strategic territory plan with defined priorities and actions

Support tenders, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations

Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock opportunities and deliver results

Mentor and support junior colleagues when needed

What You Bring
Minimum 4 years of sales experience within medical devices or a related healthcare environment

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets

Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset

Ability to build credibility and communicate confidently in clinical environments

Fluency in English and Swedish

Highly self-motivated, resilient, and proactive

Strong organizational and planning skills

Collaborative team player with influencing skills

Valid driving licence

Nice to Have
Experience within orthopedics or upper extremities

Knowledge of shoulder arthroplasty or related procedures

Background as a physiotherapist or nurse combined with commercial experience

Experience managing complex healthcare stakeholders
