Territory Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to travel frequently ( 50%+ ) within the Texas territory
• Strong command of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite
• Proven hunter - does not wait for business to come to them
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously/remotely
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Territory Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills
• Passion or experience in combat sports, specifically boxing or MMA
• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Odoo CRM platforms
• Experience building a new sales territory or launching products in new markets

Territory Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new accounts throughout the assigned region
• Develop and execute localized sales strategies to reach aggressive revenue targets
• Build, nurture, and retain lasting relationships with key decision-makers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategy and maximize growth
• Leverage CRM software to manage pipelines, track KPIs, and accurately forecast results
