**Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities**
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
* Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
* Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
* Other duties as assigned
**Experience/Education/Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting
* Basic computer proficiency required
* Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
* Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
**Schedule/Pay**
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you can expect:
* Monday – Friday 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
* Pay up to $16.18/hr
