They are seeking a Senior Product Manager II to lead critical initiatives focused on retention, defining product-market fit, and driving cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategic Discovery: Lead cross-functional teams in conducting deep-market research and user discovery to identify untapped opportunitiesRapid Hypothesis Validation: Define and test core product hypotheses using MVPs, rapid prototyping, and "painted-door" tests to identify "lethal risks" earlyProduct Strategy Architecture: Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into a cohesive strategy, defining the North Star metric and initial roadmap for the initiativeBusiness Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Legal to design GTM strategies and partner with Finance to project long-term unit economics and scalabilityMentorship & Culture: Serve as a mentor and coach to more junior Product Managers.
