Job Overview
This temporary role is designed to support the training and development of our customer-facing teams, with a focus on customer confidentiality, security, and exceptional service delivery. As a Temporary Customer Experience Training Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, developing non-classroom materials, assessing participant performance, and participating in client interactions. Your expertise and passion for training and development will be essential in driving the success of our teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and skill development
Train new and existing employees on client projects, emphasizing customer confidentiality and security protocols
Develop non-classroom communication and training materials to support ongoing learning and development
Assess individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize training effectiveness
Participate in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits
Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant guidelines

Position Requirements

Flexibility to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST, accommodating varying business needs and time zones

Ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others
Solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills, with a focus on prioritization and delegation

College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required, with a focus on education, training, or a related field
High school diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training, development, or a related field
Must pass background and drug tests, adhering to arenaflex's safety and security protocols
Experienced with Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies
