This role is critical in supporting the finance function by owning the month-end close process and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesMaintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial recordsManage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableOversee commission administration and related payment processesPerform account reconciliations and prepare supporting schedulesAssist with financial reporting and management reporting requirementsSupport cash management and operational finance activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with leadership and business stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controlsEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end closePrior experience within a SaaS, software, or technology company requiredStrong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principlesHands-on experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger activitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with commission accounting and administration preferredProficiency with QuickBooks and ADP strongly preferredCompany OverviewThe PCG Talent team has served clients and candidates for over 20 years across finance, accounting, HR, sales/marketing, legal, and IT roles.
