Telemetry RN - North Little Rock, AR

This opportunity is for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Long-Term Acute Care and Telemetry to provide comprehensive patient care while ensuring safety and clinical excellence. The role requires utilizing the Nursing Process in compliance with state regulations and hospital policies. Effective critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and leadership skills are paramount to successfully managing patient care priorities and supervising staff on shift.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care using established procedures and protocols.
• Anticipate, plan, and provide safe, patient-centered care in a telemetry/LTAC setting.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.
• Delegate and supervise nursing staff based on their training and experience.
• Uphold patient safety while ensuring adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and hospital guidelines.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Registered Nurse license in Arkansas or multi-state RN license.
• 2 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience in telemetry or LTAC settings.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records is beneficial.
