Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Santa Ana, CA

The nurse will manage direct patient care in the Telemetry Unit, monitor cardiac status, and communicate any changes in clinical condition to physicians promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide direct nursing care within the scope of practice on the Telemetry Unit
ā¢ Monitor patients using cardiac telemetry equipment and interpret results
ā¢ Communicate critical changes or concerns to providers in a timely manner
ā¢ Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and treatments
ā¢ Collaborate with other healthcare team members to maintain high standards of care
ā¢ Quickly respond and adapt to changes in patient status or treatment response
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
ā¢ Current, valid RN license in the state of California
ā¢ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
ā¢ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
ā¢ Experience with ventilator management preferred
ā¢ COVID-19 vaccination and booster shots preferred
