Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be part of our 24/7 call center facility, providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for receiving and categorizing calls, maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, and exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and categorize inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
* Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
* Possess strong oral and written communication skills
* Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
* Utilize email, phone, and chat as primary communication methods
* Work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
* Meet productivity and quality standards, including handling 100-150 inbound calls per shift

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year of prior experience in service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
* Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
* Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
* Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
* Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
* Personal headset (optional)

* Experience with call center software and technology
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Basic knowledge of CRM software and data analysis
