Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Arvada, CO
Registered Nurses with telehealth expertise are needed to deliver high-quality nursing care within a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions in compliance with state Board of Nursing standards.
ā¢ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients via telehealth platforms.
ā¢ Continuously monitor and evaluate patient health status by collecting and analyzing health data.
ā¢ Provide health education and counseling to patients to promote wellness and informed decision-making.
ā¢ Administer supportive and restorative therapies directly or indirectly through delegation, supervision, or consultation.
ā¢ Execute delegated medical tasks and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as appropriate.
ā¢ Review and monitor prescribed therapy and treatment plans to ensure effectiveness.
ā¢ Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
ā¢ Utilize resources efficiently to enhance patient care delivery.
ā¢ Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare organization, adhering to established service standards.
ā¢ Flexibility to float to other departments when needed within your competencies.
ā¢ Availability for on-call duties during scheduled shifts, if required.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
ā¢ Current and valid RN license with Telehealth nursing experience preferred.
ā¢ Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
ā¢ Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
ā¢ Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth technologies.
