This role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through effective communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and able to engage prospects to create interest in our products/services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company products/services. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods. Send well-written follow-up emails with relevant info sheets and supporting materials. Keep detailed and organized records of outreach activities, responses, and scheduled appointments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Identify decision-makers and gather relevant information to support the sales pipeline. Schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive prospects. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets. Successfully set appointments for qualified prospects. Qualifications: Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a B2B environment). Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence. Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude. Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
