• Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to convert leads into appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions within Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential clients.
• Experience in technical sales or technology-related fields is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
