Physical Therapist ā PRN Telehealth
Location: Remote
Pay: $45-50/hour DOE

This is an ideal opportunity if you want to work from home while supporting resident outcomes across multiple communities. Local candidates may also support on-site care as needed.

Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct virtual evaluations to assess residents' mobility, function, and rehabilitation needs
ā¢ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals and resident outcomes
ā¢ Provide telehealth therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
ā¢ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care
ā¢ Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards
ā¢ Adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing resident needs
ā¢ Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with on-site staff and clinical teams
Qualifications
ā¢ Active Colorado Physical Therapy license (compact license holders welcome)
ā¢ Bachelor's or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
ā¢ Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
ā¢ Excellent communication and documentation skills
