20 hours/week
ā¢ *Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Deliver high-quality virtual care through triage, chat, and video consultations.
ā¢ Assess and manage patients across a wide range of acuity and clinical complexity.
ā¢ Coordinate expedited labs, imaging, referrals, and specialist input within the care network.
ā¢ Utilize modern telehealth platforms to maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation.
ā¢ Support and guide clinical workflows, policies, and best practices across teams.
ā¢ Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and next-generation digital health models.
ā¢ *Requirements
ā¢ Background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
ā¢ Minimum of 6,240 clinical practice hours (equivalent to 3 years full-time experience).
ā¢ 5ā10 years of total experience in Family or Internal Medicine.
ā¢ 4+ years of telehealth experience.
ā¢ Active U.S. medical licensure covering at least 40% of the U.S. population, including CA, TX, FL, and NY.
ā¢ Prior leadership experience overseeing clinical teams, workflows, or policies.
ā¢ Strong comfort with triage-based decision-making.
ā¢ Fast learner with digital tools and remote care processes.
