About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tele Chat Support Agent (Offsite) to join our Administrative department. This is a full-time, hourly role where you will provide exceptional customer service through chat-based interactions. What You'll Do
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist customers with product or service information, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and updates in company protocols.
Qualifications
• Strong written communication skills in English with a focus on clarity, grammar, and professionalism.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support environment.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively in a high-volume work setting.
• Proficient in using chat or support software and basic office tools like spreadsheets and word processors.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule if needed, including weekends or evenings.
