Position: Salesforce Architect (B2B Commerce Cloud) @ Remote Salesforce Architect (B2B Commerce Cloud) @ Remote Position: Salesforce Architect (B2B Commerce Cloud) Location: Remote Work Job Type: Contract Role Job Description: Role Overview: We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in B2B Commerce Cloud to design, govern, and deliver scalable digital commerce solutions for an enterprise telecom client. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce, aligning with telecom B2B commercial models (bundles, subscriptions, renewals, device + plan ordering). • Design scalable integration across: B2B Commerce, Sales & Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing), OMS / Provisioning / ERP. • Define technical designs, data models, solution blueprints, and integration patterns (API‑led, Mule Soft preferred). • Govern platform configuration, development standards, CI/CD, environments, and performance tuning. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams; perform design reviews and provide technical guidance. • Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, telecom regulatory and performance requirements. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in B2B Commerce Cloud (Cloud Craze or Lightning Commerce). • Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Order Management. • Strong hands‑on knowledge of Apex, LWC, APIs, SFDX, dev‑ops (Copado/Gearset). • Integration experience with telecom systems (OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing). • Strong understanding of subscription models, bundled pricing, contract renewals, and enterprise ordering scenarios. Preferred Certifications: • Salesforce B2B Commerce Consultant / Architect • Salesforce Application/System Architect • CPQ / Billing / Revenue Cloud Consultant • Mule Soft Architect (preferred) Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to lead architecture decisions, coach teams, and work in Agile delivery.
