Insurance Operations Associate

They are seeking an Insurance Operations Associate to support insurance servicing, client support, and office organization while ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesMaintain client case files, process correspondence, and handle case notesAnswer and direct telephone calls appropriatelyMonitor and respond to emails from clients, underwriters, medical exam companies, and team membersInput data and gather necessary information for client/prospect meetings and insurance applicationsSchedule medical exams and onboarding calls for clientsContact clients to provide application updates, request information, and confirm receipt of formsTrack underwriting updates via the Daily Status Report (DSR) and expedite requirementsCommunicate with the home office and underwriting as neededPrepare and print letters of instruction for client signaturesPrepare policies for deliveryGenerate IFLs and other illustrations for client meetingsParticipate in weekly and monthly team meetingsReview insurance applications, conversions, and policy changes for accuracySend Medical History Questionnaires to clientsArrange medical, paramedical, and other necessary exams for underwritingProvide clients with account values and updates for non-securities-related accountsAdvise clients on late payments and non-securities service-related issuesAssist clients in understanding changes to their non-securities productsProcess service requests, including address changes, bank updates, loan requests, and ISA inquiriesCoordinate with the investment team to share client documents and prepare premiums from investment accountsReview applications, conversions, and policy changes for completeness, returning incomplete forms to registered representatives (RRs)Arrange medical, paramedical, and other necessary examsMonitor Items for Attention (IFA) and bring action items to the RR’s attentionComplete order tickets and new account forms based on RR instructionsIdentify the need for switch letters and discuss with the RRWork with the network office, NMIS, and fund families to resolve client account issuesProvide account values and performance updates at the RR’s directionSkillsMust obtain a Health and Life Insurance license within six months of employmentAssociate Agent Contract requiredProficiency in Microsoft applications and data entry softwareStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to work accuratelyProactive mindset with the ability to take initiativeInterest in continuous learning and professional developmentAdaptability to a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong communication skills (oral and written)Commitment to maintaining confidentialityBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredPrior experience in financial services or the insurance industry preferredExperience in administrative support or customer service, particularly in financial services or insuranceBenefitsHealth insuranceBonus opportunitiesCompany OverviewLead Advisor est une plateforme de mise en relation B2B (interentreprises) visant à remplir un double objectif : • Aider les entreprises à la recherche d’un prestataire à définir et formaliser simplement leurs besoins afin de sélectionner le fournisseur idéal • Fournir des leads (clients potentiels) de qualité aux TPE/PME pour leur permettre de se développer commercialement It was founded in 2017, and is headquartered in Boulogne-billancourt, Ile-de-France, FRA, with a workforce of 0-1 employees.
