Technical Writer

Jalasoft is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our software products and services. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our documentation meets user needs and reflects accurate technical information. If you have a passion for writing and a knack for making complex technical information accessible, we want to hear from you! Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to create and maintain end-user technical documentation. Capable of understanding technical concepts and abstract information from many sources. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Experience with Zendesk, Confluence, WordPress, Jira, GitHub, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
