C&S has immediate openings for full-time, remote, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representatives. Must be a Missouri resident and reside more than 45 minutes from Jefferson City.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives:
Ā answer calls from participants regarding initial and continuing eligibility for income maintenance programs related to medical services
Ā gather, verify, evaluate and enter necessary social, financial and medical information into various applications
Ā maintain complete and accurate computerized records of participant interactions
Ā perform a variety of diverse tasks while continuing to maintain currency and accuracy of program requirements
Ā ensure timely processing of participant inquiries/annual reviews to meet client needs and program mandates
Ā meet or exceed daily standards for performance, accuracy, customer service, and quality
Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:
Ā basic office and computer skills
Ā exceptional communications and customer service skills including skills in handling client behaviors such as fear, hostility, and aggression
Ā knowledge of mathematics and accounting principles used in the calculation of public assistance benefits
Ā must have high speed internet, quiet space with a door to safeguard equipment and modem/router to hard wire phone
Ā knowledge of the general provisions, objectives and philosophy of public assistance programs
Ā ability to multitask and resolve issues when necessary
Ā requires excellent attendance with no absences during the 6-8 week training period
Ā clean background and ability to pass drug screening
