You’ll have the opportunity to solve interesting problems to provide streamlined and efficient financial service solutions to our customers. In this role, you’ll guide and support developers, help shape the design and architecture of new products and systems, and serve as a trusted technical resource for software best practices and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teamsDrive the design and architecture of software solutionsAct as a subject matter expert for software technologies and practicesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projectsEnsure adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, and best practicesOversee code reviews, testing processes, and deployment pipelinesWork closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirementsCoordinate tasks among team members and foster a collaborative development environmentResolve technical blockers and conflicts within the teamDevelop high-level system architecture and detailed design documentsEnsure the scalability, performance, and security of software solutionsWrite, debug, and optimize high-quality code as neededAct as the technical point of contact for stakeholders and clients What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field/experience7+ yearsrelevant programming experience2+ years leading software development teamsStrongknowledge of OOP and reusable codingpracticesExperience withserverless environments, microservices, andRESTful APIsFull-stack expertise in multiple tiers of modern web applicationsExperienced using practices such as unit testing, integration testing, proper code documentation, and appropriate loggingto develophighly maintainable and reliable codeUnderstanding of scrum, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOpsPreferred: strong background in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of the development process Additional Information What We Offer:Asa Technical Team Lead,you’ll receive a competitive compensationpackagewith full benefits,whichinclude your choice of three health insurance plans, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, HSA accounts with company match, company paid and voluntary life and AD&D insurance, FSA-Dependent Care Accounts, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and a 401k with 4% company match.This is afull-timeexempt position.Travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
