Renuity is a rapidly growing remodeling company in the United States, seeking to expand its Homeowner Relationship Center team. The Inside Sales position focuses on generating new business through existing customer relationships and managing leads provided by the company. Responsibilities Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, probing for new interests and identifying potential new business Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities in our existing customer base Make Outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 50% - never make a cold call again in your career Manage previous customer base by using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives Build relationships with our customers, so that they will keep us at the forefront of their minds when it comes to remodeling their homes Handle possible service inquiries with previous remodeling projects confidently and quickly Skills Awareness and interest in the home remodeling industry or experience with homeowners Self-starter, quick learner, team player Must have scheduling availability during the following times- Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm 1 to 3 years of phone sales, upselling, or rehash experience- a plus!
