What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to assist in the support and development of high-load financial systems, including trading platforms and company infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Administration of trading platforms and related software.
Managing server infrastructure (Linux, Windows).
Monitoring and supporting remote systems and applications.
Analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues, working with logs and consoles.
Automating routine processes, scripting (preferably Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Requirements:
Strong Linux skills.
Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, NAT, Firewall).
Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems independently.
Nice to Have:
Experience in FinTech.
Experience with MetaTrader 5, FIX protocol, trading gateways, and bridges.
Familiarity with Zabbix and other monitoring tools.
Process automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Knowledge of network protocol stacks and routing principles.
