Technical Support Representative
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join the team at Verizon. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers from all over the country. If you’re passionate about technology, have a great eye for detail, and thrive in a customer service role, we want to hear from you.To be successful in this position, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and a passion for customer service. You should also be knowledgeable in basic network troubleshooting and have experience with PC and mobile devices. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers from all over the country. Develop problem-solving skills in order to effectively address customer inquiries. Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Troubleshoot and address basic network issues. Assist customers with PC and mobile device problems. Stay current with technical knowledge in order to provide effective support. Work independently and exercise self-motivation to meet customer service goals. Maintain customer service records and update customer profiles. Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
