Role and responsibilities The CRM Team is responsible for the application management of Salesforce. The main tasks are related to secure and efficient operations of Salesforce with its related tools, utilizing the various Salesforce capabilities Hydro has available to create value for our internal customers in Hydro.The list of responsibilities and tasks, is not limited to the list below, and may be subject to continuous development, both related to personal development and related to how the CRM portfolio evolves in Hydro.
Main responsibilitiesā¢ Work on assigned tickets (requests and issues) from start to end, including stakeholder dialogue, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsā¢ Assigned tickets can be related to user management, data management, reporting & automations ā¢ Ticket Management in ServiceNowā¢ Testingā¢ Recurring tasks such as updating currencies, Sandbox refresh & seedingā¢ Stay up to date with latest Salesforce releasesā¢ Create and maintain applicable documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals and training materialsQualification requirements ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Computer Science or related fieldā¢ 3+ years of experience with Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, SOQLā¢ Salesforce Administrator certification mandatory and Platform Developer I certification preferredā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a teamā¢ Time Management skillsā¢ Attention to detailā¢ Accountability (Taking responsibility for oneās actions and decisions) ā¢ Self-awareness (Understanding oneās strengths and weaknesses and how they impact others)ā¢ Fluent in English (verbal and written) Equal opportunities
