Technical Recruiter (Remote Opportunity)
VetsEZ is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and recruiting top talent for our expanding organization. This position requires a proactive, creative approach to building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates.
ā¢ Develop sourcing strategies and timelines for job openings, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs.
ā¢ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
ā¢ Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through pre-screening interviews.
ā¢ Support the business development team by building a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
ā¢ Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
ā¢ 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracts, Healthcare IT, or staffing agencies.
ā¢ Proven success in a remote work environment.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
ā¢ Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
Additional Qualifications:
ā¢ Ability to follow employment laws and regulations e.g. DOL, OFCCP, EEO, ADA, etc.
ā¢ Excellent communications and negotiation skills
ā¢ Ability to obtain a government clearance
