The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning and reporting tools. Responsibilities: Provide technical and administrative support for enterprise systems, including Navy ERP and/or SAP Business Objects tools Analyze, manage, and maintain data to support operational and business decision-making Generate reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting end users Assist with process improvements and system optimization initiatives Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least five (5) years of relevant experience with Navy ERP or Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Business Objects tools OR Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience with Navy ERP or SAP Business Objects tools in lieu of a degree Documented customer service experience Demonstrated, measurable experience in data analysis and data management Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting government or defense-related systems Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization techniques
