Job Overview
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for advertising our shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace, responding to customer inquiries, and closing sales through our user-friendly software. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions. If a customer requires additional support, you can either assist them yourself or assign the lead to one of our experienced closers. The choice is yours, and we provide you with the flexibility to manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our proprietary software
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our system
Assign leads to our closers if additional support is required
Generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace using a solid algorithm
Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base

Our top-performing agents sell between 60-80 containers monthly, earning up to $16,000 in commission.
