Job Title: Technical Analyst/Programmer
Location : 100% remote, est hours
Duration : long term contract
Job Description
MS SQL query and stored proc skills required.
MS Excel reports and custom manipulations.
MS Visio program blue printing
Troubleshooting VOIP software issues.
On call rotation.
Interdepartmental mediation.
Strong ability to work independently and also on group projects.
Familiarity with Agile sprint work flows.
Familiarity with Service-Now utilization.
Citrix - Citrix remote environment.
Network Director tools - remote network director app to clear hung sessions
BeyondTrust - remote assistance software.
Telecommuting - Zoom & MS Teams
Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Years Experience: 5-10. Experience: Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks. Leadership/Contributions: Leads and directs the work of others. Reports to: Director. Advanced Degree or Certifications: Yes. Must have a general programming or scripting background. Required experience with Amtelco's Infinity product.
NEEDS: Amtelco Infinity experience but would look at candidates with comparable contact center application experience such as Genesis
-Must be able to do complex coding for SQL, scripting background
-Looking for someone who has system analyst skill set but also understand programming languages
-Must be have strong SQL and scripting background
-Must have clear communication skills (oral/written)
-Degree is not required but would prefer candidate have BS in Computer Science with a focus in Programming
60% of work in app in customized by programming
Will be Scripting additional guidelines - for application
Complex SQL coding / configuration
Built in web APIs in system
Interact digital voice technology currently working to implement this voice technology
