Our team brings experience from companies like Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, Forter, Airbnb, and more.We are seeking a technically skilled Technical Account Manager with B2B outreach experience to fine-tune AI Agents to match customers’ brand voice, compliance constraints, and risk tolerance to maximize performance and effectiveness. In addition, you'll provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer so customer teams can adopt and leverage AI agents successfully.This role will entail building, integrating and deploying AI agents tailored to each customer: data ingestion pipelines, custom integrations, connectors to CRMs / MAPs / internal tools, and full-stack code as needed.Key Responsibilities:Account ManagementGuide customers through onboarding and campaign executionCollaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performanceUse data to uncover insights and deliver better customer outcomesCampaign ManagementSet up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systemsBuild, QA and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaignsAnalyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreachMonitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targetingOutreach ManagementTrack and respond to campaign repliesDrive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnelsCapture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processesPartner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmapQualifications:3-5 years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation rolesDemonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflowsBackground in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferredProven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizationsExperience working with CRM systems and managing customer dataExcellent communicator and collaborator across teamsHigh-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.Excited to experiment with AI tools and influence product developmentThis role offers significant growth opportunities as you'll help define our customer success processes while directly contributing to our revenue growth through hands-on technical implementation and customer engagement.Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok!
