As we expand into new verticals, including an upcoming men's health platform, we’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations management to join us early and help build the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Tech Lead, Full Stack to own and build our customer onboarding platform from scratch.This platform powers how patients enter our ecosystem, guiding them through eligibility, recommendations, and treatment selection.It’s the front door to our business: a high-conversion, high-performance onboarding experience that directly impacts growth and patient outcomes.You’ll work directly with the founders, partnering closely on product direction, architecture, and key technical decisions as we build and scale. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on product, growth, and patient experience.You won’t just be contributing to a codebase, you’ll be:designing the system architecturemaking foundational technical decisionsbuilding the first version hands-onand growing the engineering team around youCore Requirements8+ years of full-stack experience (Strong Node.js, React, and TypeScript experience required)Experience with relational databases like PostgresProven experience owning and building systems from scratch (0 → 1) in production environmentsStrong backend and system design skills, with the ability to make tradeoffs around scalability, performance, and reliabilityExperience owning architecture end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructureHands-on experience with AWS Experience building and scaling production-grade, user-facing applications with real usage and performance considerationsExperience working in fast-paced or early-stage environments where ambiguity is highExperience mentoring engineers and contributing to hiring or team growthStrong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive projects forwardNice to HaveExperience in working with direct to consumer platformsExperience with payment processors like StripeExperience creating multi-step onboarding flows for usersExperience with A/B Testing Platforms like OptimizelyWhat’s in it for you?As a full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:Flexible working hoursWork wherever you choose.Fun and casual work environment.We are a diverse, global team!
