YUM BRANDS TEAM MEMBER Position with YUM Brands Franchisee: When you join our team, you'll be working with a YUM Brands franchisee, not directly for Taco Bell Corp. or KFC Corp. or its affiliates. It's important to note that our franchisee is your sole employer, and they independently determine wages and benefit programs, which can differ from one franchisee to another. This is a pivotal role tailored for a personable, attentive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Include: Taking orders and preparing delicious meals. Addressing and resolving any service or food-related concerns. Upholding stringent food safety standards. Ensuring a sanitary and safe work and dining space.
