**Job Summary**

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Louisiana. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline representative and image of careerzynith, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

* Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1 year of Call Center experience
* 6 months of Customer Service experience
* Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
* High-speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
* A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
* Current residence in Louisiana

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
