Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for managing the adjustment and recovery processes for CVS Health.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations related to adjustment and recovery activities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the adjustment and recovery processes and drive efficiency.
Monitor and analyze adjustment and recovery data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to adjustment and recovery.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the adjustment and recovery processes.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to financial operations and ensure compliance.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on adjustment and recovery processes and address any concerns.
Plan and prioritize team workload to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
Act as a liaison between the adjustment and recovery team and other departments within the organization.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize the adjustment and recovery processes.
