About the position

The Team Coordinator, International position at Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram Inc. is a vital administrative role that supports the ministry's mission of equipping followers of Jesus to be disciple-makers. The role involves managing various administrative functions for the international team, including maintaining training calendars, processing financials, and supporting training events both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, friendly, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
• Maintain the master training calendar for all trainings worldwide, ensuring all information is current.

• Manage daily information gathering to track the number of pastors trained and resources distributed.
,
• Process invoices from international teams and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
,
• Organize and maintain a digital filing system for international team documents.
,
• Support logistics for training events in the U.S. and major international events, including hospitality and transportation.
,
• Assist in logistics for team gatherings, including scheduling and food service.
,
• Distribute information internally and manage customer service or donor requests.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential.
,
• Prior experience in a Christian ministry setting is preferred, but not essential.
,
• Proficiency in Google applications; mastery preferred.
,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
,
• Experience with Asana project management software or similar applications is strongly desired.
,
• Strong writing ability for internal communication.
,
• Solid interpersonal skills; hospitable and friendly demeanor.

• Detail-oriented and capable of problem-solving.
