TCS Project Manager 1

Trimark Associates, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) NRI Bucket Process projects. The role involves co-managing projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project completion under the supervision of the TCS Manager.ResponsibilitiesFollow TCS standards and protocols ensuring consistency and efficient project completionCo-manage CAISO NRI projects and resources on separate, overlapping project schedulesWork with owners, regulators, design teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to achieve project goalsSupport project status meetings with internal and external stakeholdersUpdate NetSuite schedules and Tasks for NRI projectsUpdate Customer facing NRI portalPrepare, follow, update schedulesTrack and report on document and deliverablesTrack costs using work orders and updating milestonesGathering technical project information for various internal teams i.e. Design, equipment configuration and meter certificationEfficiently schedule meter inspectors and field techniciansCollaborate with finance for invoicing and oversee fiscal goals for projectsSkillsBachelor's Degree or higher in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field0-2 years increasing responsibility in Project ManagementMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer; this position is not eligible for sponsorship of a work visaUnderstanding of CAISO Business Process Manual and the RIMS processCAPM or PMP certificationExperience using NetSuite ERPCompany OverviewFollow us to discover company developments, our energy clients'​ successes and employment opportunities.
