Tax Manager (Remote in DFW)
Our client, a well-established and growing CPA firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager (CPA) to join their team in a fully remote in DFW. Work Environment
• 100% remote (work from anywhere in the U.S.)
• Flexible scheduling
• Standard workload: 40–50 hours/week
• Busy season: Capped busy season hours (no more than 55 per week/ No weekends required)
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (DOE)
• Performance-based bonus

What We’re Looking For
• Active CPA license (required)
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience with partnerships, S-corps, and entity taxation
• Real estate or closely held business experience preferred
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements independently
