Remote Property Management Maintenance Coordinator

United Field Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Property Management Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our portfolio of properties remotely. You will coordinate with various vendors, handle maintenance requests, and ensure timely completion of work to keep our properties in top condition. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will drive successful property management and maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and evaluate maintenance requests from property managers and tenants, prioritizing them based on urgency and importance. • Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks with vendors and contractors, ensuring they have clear instructions and timelines. • Monitor ongoing maintenance projects to ensure compliance with company standards and completion within scope and budget. • Maintain databases of qualified vendors and track their performance in terms of quality and timeliness. • Conduct virtual inspections and follow up with vendors to monitor the quality of work completed. • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor contracts, preparing reports as necessary. • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with tenants and property managers regarding maintenance activities and updates. • Assist in developing and implementing property maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and quality. • Coordinate with the accounting team for budget oversight and cost management related to property maintenance. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination. • Strong knowledge of property maintenance procedures and best practices. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional site visits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
