Responsibilities:Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goalsBuild and manage a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline of technical talent for GTM rolesUse a variety of sourcing tools and strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.) to proactively identify and engage candidatesCraft personalized outreach messages that reflect our tone, values, and unique storyStay on top of market trends, sourcing innovations, and competitor activityBe a true ambassador of our employer brand and candidate experienceRequirements2–3 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environmentMinimum 1 year of experience in the cyber security industry Proven success sourcing Sales / GTM roles (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, BDR’s etc..)Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (we use Comeet)Strong written communication skills and creativity in outreachA proactive, resourceful, and curious approach to problem-solvingTeam player mindset with high attention to detail and follow-through
